From origin to destination
Our current focus links American grain with British demand. We plan to add further origins over time.
United States to United Kingdom
The United States is one of the world's largest wheat exporters, producing six distinct classes of wheat. Grain moves from farms to country elevators, then to export terminals where it is officially inspected, weighed and loaded.
From the US port of loading, the cargo crosses the North Atlantic to a UK port with grain-handling facilities. After discharge and customs clearance it is delivered to the buyer.
Stages of the route
US farms & elevators
Wheat is harvested, collected and stored in country elevators.
US export terminal
Official inspection and weighing, then loading onto the vessel.
North Atlantic
Ocean transit to the United Kingdom.
UK port & delivery
Discharge, sampling, customs clearance and delivery to the buyer.
