Sugar
Raw cane sugar for refining and refined white sugar for food and drink manufacturing.
Overview
From cane and beet to the factory
Sugar is made from sugar cane, grown in tropical and subtropical countries, and from sugar beet, grown in cooler climates including the UK. It is traded internationally in two main forms: raw sugar, which is shipped to refineries, and refined white sugar, which goes straight to food and drink manufacturers.
We source both forms to the specification and packing each buyer needs.
