Overview
Two markets, two specifications
Barley is traded in two distinct markets. Feed barley goes into animal rations. Malting barley is bought by maltsters for brewing and distilling and must meet tighter specifications, especially for germination and protein.
We source barley to the specification each buyer needs. Origins are agreed per enquiry.
