Worldview Trading is a commodity trading company based at 83 Baker Street, London. We trade physical agricultural products: grains, oilseeds, vegetable oils and meals, pulses, sugar, coffee, cocoa and cotton.
Our work sits between the exporter in the producing country and the buyer in the importing country. We agree specification and price with suppliers, arrange the shipment, manage inspection and documentation, and deliver against the contract we hold with our customer.
We have been trading for several years. One current programme imports wheat from the United States into the United Kingdom, and we continue to add origins and products.
Where we sit in the supply chain
Grain usually passes through several hands between the farm and the mill. A trading company joins the export side to the import side and takes on the risk and work in between.
